  • Digital Gallery & Proofing Data: Account access details, image selections, and favorite lists managed within our private digital proofing portal (Pic-Time).

  • Technical & Usage Data: IP addresses, browser types, device information, and browsing activity collected via essential cookies and analytics tools on our Squarespace platform.

02. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We process personal information strictly for legitimate commercial and artistic purposes, including:

  • Evaluating and responding to Private Commission Applications, The Classics, and Seasonal Edition inquiries.

  • Preparing custom lighting, backdrop, and temperament calibrations prior to your studio session.

  • Delivering private, password-protected digital proofing galleries via Pic-Time.

  • Fulfilling physical heirloom deliverables, including museum-grade archival prints, custom framing, and collectible post-session artifacts.

  • Sending transactional updates, booking confirmations, and selective invitations to forthcoming limited-run drops (if opted in).

03. CONSENT & IMAGE RIGHTS

  • Consent: By submitting an inquiry form, booking an atelier session, or subscribing to our communications, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in this policy.

  • Withdrawal of Consent: You may withdraw your consent for non-essential communications (such as seasonal edition notifications) at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" or contacting us directly at help@beowulf.studio.

  • Portrait Imagery: Photographic works captured during private sessions or public pop-ups are governed by our standard Client Agreement / Model Release provided prior to your shoot date. Public display of artwork (e.g., website portfolio grids, social media, or gallery archives) is conducted in accordance with signed client approvals.

04. INFORMATION SHARING & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We do not sell, rent, or trade client personal information. To fulfill our artistic and commercial services, we share necessary data only with trusted third-party service providers operating under strict confidentiality standards:

  • Proofing & Deliverables: Pic-Time (private digital proofing galleries and print fulfillment integration).

  • Payment Processors: Stripe (encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways).

  • Print Labs & Framers: Specialized archival fine-art printing labs and custom framing partners (limited to shipping name and delivery address).

05. DATA RETENTION & SECURITY
